Top Gun’s Mission: To train and equip our DFIS associates to become successful professional salesman/saleswoman that can produce a healthy six-figure and above income per year with their own personal pen.
Top Gun is an intense boot camp designed to accelerate new associates to a qualified field training position. The camp will produce a confident, competent and mission-driven professional field training machine/producer that will be able to professionally present our company with passion and most of all, be able to serve individuals, families and affluent business owners with a financial and insurance strategies. Upon graduating from boot camp and passing the exit interview, the associate will become a certified DFIS field trainer.
